Located in Chengde, Yunlu draws inspiration from the picturesque landscape of the city. Minghua Zhang, the visionary behind the design, aimed to capture the essence of the poetic East and create an interior that reflects the unique context of the surroundings. By incorporating elements from both architecture and landscape, the design team meticulously crafted a space that harmonizes with nature and provides a serene retreat from the bustling world.

What sets Yunlu apart is its attention to detail and commitment to replicating the beauty of the city. Minghua Zhang believes that interior design should mimic every stone in Chengde, and this philosophy is evident in the choice of materials and the overall spatial awareness. The project features artificial stone, floor tiles, 3M wood grain film, solid wood flooring, stainless steel, and wall cloth, all carefully selected to create a seamless blend of nature and modernity.

Spanning 1500 square meters, Yunlu is a testament to the designer's dedication to creating a space that captivates visitors. The design team, led by Minghua Zhang and Qihai Peng, meticulously researched oriental landscape paintings and traditional oriental architecture to ensure that every aspect of the space adhered to the aesthetic standards of the East.
